FAQs

Reschedule Policies

If the client wishes to reschedule his/her event, Kat Saenz Productions can do so under the following cases/circumstances:

  1. If the weather is an issue and there is a high rain probability.

  2. If the Client has a medical emergency.

If the client must cancel the event, Kat Saenz Productions will keep the deposit and it can be used

    for future events.

Forms of Payment

The Client can make payments via: Zelle, Cash, VISA, MASTERCARD, PAYPAL, WIRE TRANSFER or VENMO. Other forms of payment not listed here are not accepted.

  • Kat Saenz Productions always asks the Client for a 50% deposit to save/reserve the date. Once the date is blocked, Kat Saenz Productions will not provide refunds.

  • As an event company, once the date is reserved, Kat Saenz Productions gives priority to their clients and sometimes they have to give up other clients who are also interested in the same date/time.

  • The Client must pay 50% of the total as a first deposit to save the date. The remaining needs to be completed the day of the event prior to the event starting.

    • If the deposit is not completed, Kat Saenz Productions won’t be able to save the date.

    • If the remaining payment is delayed or not paid by the time the setup is completed, a $50 fee will be applied.

  • Kat Saenz Productions setups will be the given time in the contract.

    • If the Client would like to extend time, an additional fee will be charged. ($50 or $100).

Equipment Policies

Kat Saenz Productions takes care of their equipment and asks their clients to do the same. Therefore, if there is any rain probability, Kat Saenz Productions cannot expose and risk their equipment:

a. If the event is at the beach and it rains, Kat Saenz Productions team will take care of the equipment that gets wet or damaged; or Kat Saenz Productions may have to reschedule.

  1. If there is any rain probability and the event takes place at a house or venue the client rented, Kat Saenz Productions would ask for a covered area so they don’t risk their equipment, unless the Client is willing to move the items that can get wet and damaged.

  2. If there is any rain probability and the Client wants to do the event outside (backyard/outside area of venue rented), the client is responsible of paying for the damage if any of Kat Saenz Productions items get wet and damaged.

  3. If Client stains, breaks, loses, keeps an item they will be charged 50% of the item's value.
